Teaching for a Stronger Beauty Industry
Two educators, one shared standard.
TBC SIAM has two educators and both teach. Penprao leads brand direction, market work and teaching; Naphak runs studio operations and delivers most of the hands-on training. Both work from one curriculum and one client-care standard.
Starting from zero
The business began in 2002 with makeup and hair for graduations, weddings and events. Teaching came next, and the academy was founded in 2013 before being renamed Thailand Beauty Center.
Why two educators
A good curriculum needs someone watching the industry as a whole and someone in the room with students every day. Splitting the roles this way keeps the content tied to real salon work, and means a student gets the same answer whoever they ask.
One standard is the promise
Whichever intake a student joins, or whichever day a client books, the consultation, the design step, the hygiene controls and the aftercare are the same. That is what makes the word standard mean something.
