Send clear photographs in natural light before booking. Existing pigment, its depth and the skin condition affect the approach; a direct cover-up may not be suitable.
PREPARATION & AFTERCARE
Care that fits your treatment.
Before your visit
Share previous treatments, allergies, skin concerns and medicines. Keep your existing brow hair for assessment. Follow the team’s personal preparation advice.
During recovery
Follow the cleaning and care instructions provided. Avoid rubbing or picking the area. Ask the team when to resume exercise, swimming and products around the brows.
Review the settled result
Colour and appearance can change during healing. The team will advise when to review the result and whether a touch-up is appropriate.
Results and healing vary with skin, technique and care. Do not stop prescribed medicines without advice from your treating clinician.
Will my eyebrows look too strong or overly groomed?
We discuss the level of definition you want and consider your existing hair direction, shape and spacing. You review and approve the design first. The final appearance varies with your skin and healing.
How are the shape and colour chosen?
We assess your face, existing brows and preferences, map a proposed shape on your face, then choose the colour with you. We begin after you approve the design.
Is hair stroke the same as microblading?
Both can create hair-like detail, but the tools and application differ. Hair stroke commonly uses a machine; microblading uses a manual tool. Ask which technique is proposed for your skin and why.
Can oily or sensitive skin be treated?
Suitability depends on the skin condition and technique. Tell our team about sensitivity, irritation or past reactions so we can assess you before booking. Treatment may need to be postponed.
I have an old eyebrow tattoo. Can I book?
Send clear photos for an initial assessment. Old colour, density, shape and skin condition determine whether new work is suitable or whether another approach is needed first.
Does the treatment hurt?
Comfort and sensitivity vary between people. The team explains the proposed procedure and comfort measures during consultation. We do not promise a pain-free experience.
How long does the appointment take?
Time depends on the design, chosen technique and any previous work. The team confirms the expected appointment length when assessing your case.
How long will the result last?
Pigment can fade or change over time. Retention differs with skin, technique, sun exposure and care. Maintenance should be based on an assessment of your settled result.
What will the brows look like during healing?
The initial colour can appear stronger and the appearance may change as the skin heals. Follow your care instructions and review the settled result at the time advised by the team.
When can I exercise, swim or wash my face normally?
The timing depends on the technique and your recovery. Follow the individual instructions given after treatment and contact the team before resuming activities if you are unsure.
Will I need a touch-up, and is it included?
A follow-up is considered according to healing and colour retention. Confirm the touch-up window, what is included and any additional charge with the team before booking.
How much does men’s eyebrow treatment cost?
The team provides a quotation after assessing your brows and the proposed service. Ask for the total cost, deposit terms and follow-up details before confirming.
